Virtual cards

The virtual cards can be used almost immediately after their creation, from your Customer Area.

Plastic cards 

The order of your card is effective once your legal file is validated. Count on average 48 to 72 hours.

As soon as your documents are validated, you will receive an email and an SMS informing you of the production of your card. The cards are sent by track letter. You can follow the routing of your card by clicking on the link, specified in the SMS.

From this moment, count on the following deadlines:

• In Metropolitan France: 4 to 5 working days
• In Belgium or elsewhere in the EU: 8 to 15 working days
• In the DOM *: 2 to 3 weeks
• In the TOM **: 3 to 4 weeks

• * French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Reunion Island and Martinique

  ** New Caledonia and French Polynesia

Good to know:

• If you are an Individual, your order will be sent to your home address.
• If you are a Professional, it will be sent to the address of your registered office.
