Has changing banks become easier with the Macron law ?

A user who wishes to change bank and who has regular direct debits from his bank account, operated by various institutions (tax administration, insurance, mutual insurance, associations, etc.), will no longer have to do anything as all his direct debits and transfers will come to or from his new account. The processes will be automated between the banks and then between the institutions involved.
