Do you think you may have lost your card, but you’re not completely sure? Block it quickly in your Client Area. It’s a matter of security!
- If you are a Personal Account holder, select the card concerned and go to “Control” and then “Card in operation” and deactivate the blue button.
- If you are a Business Account holder, select the card concerned and click on “Card in operation” and deactivate the blue button.
You’ve found it? That’s excellent news! Follow the same steps and simply reactivate the blue button and everything will work as it did before. Easy!
