Anytime Privacy Policy
This privacy policy sets out the information that we process in providing products and services accessible via Anytime.
Anytime is responsible for processing data collected in the context of providing products and services described in the terms and conditions for the use of Anytime services.
Data collected may pertain to the Anytime customer (signatory to the Agreement with Anytime), a cardholder, a person with third party access to an Anytime account or card, a beneficial owner or a person hosting an Anytime customer.

What personal data do we collect and for what purpose?
The data we collect are necessary to handle your order and deliver our services.
We also collect some items of data in order to comply with regulatory obligations with respect to the prevention of fraud, money laundering and terrorist financing.
Lastly, some items of data are collected for internal analytical purposes and to help improve our services.

This information is collected from you directly with your permission and may be verified in order to meet regulatory requirements.
With whom do we share your data?
Data may be shared with partner organisations who enable us to provide Anytime products and services, in terms of their implementation, management, processing and payment.
We do not share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We do not share your data outside of the European Union.
How do we store your data, and for how long?
Data are stored for seven years after termination of an Anytime customer agreement in accordance with our legal and regulatory obligations and to help us to improve and personalise Anytime products and services.
After this time and unless requested otherwise by the regulator or an administrative authority, your data will be deleted from our systems.
All relevant security measures have been taken to ensure that your data are protected and not shared with third parties.
We carry out regular tests to ensure that our systems have not been breached.

To exercise your rights, please email us at dpo@anyti.me. You will receive a response as soon as possible and no later than one month after receiving your request. This time limit may be extended by two months in the case of complex or multiple requests. In such cases, you will be notified of the response time.

If you have a complaint about how your data are processed, you may contact our Data Protection Officer. Should the Data Protection Officer not be in a position to handle your complaint, you may contact the Belgian Privacy Commission at https://www.privacycommission.be, or the French Data Protection Authority (Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés- CNIL) at https://www.cnil.fr
How do you give consent for your data to be collected?
By agreeing to this privacy policy and by agreeing to the general terms and conditions for the Anytime services and general terms and conditions for the Anytime Customer Area, you give consent for your data to be collected and processed in accordance with this privacy policy.
What happens if you do not allow your data to be collected and processed?
Where consent to collect and process your data is not given, this Agreement cannot be enforced. Access to our services would then be withdrawn.
