As your RIB is name-specific, as soon as we receive the funds, you are credited in real time. If you have not received any credit notification, we have not received the funds.
In this case, ask for a certificate of execution of transfer. This certificate will enable us to verify whether the transfer has been sent to the correct RIB/IBAN and especially whether the transfer has been executed by the issuing bank.
