At the moment the Anytime card isn’t 3D Secure. Therefore, it is highly likely that this is the reason why your payment didn’t go through.
Some e-commerce sites (although only a few) require a card which is 3D Secure. In those circumstances, you can always contact them directly and ask to pay over the phone or by bank transfer.
